- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to users)
Community Features:
Content you post publicly (outfit photos, identifications) is visible to other users. Your username and profile photo are displayed alongside your contributions. Earnings leaderboard participation is optional.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:
- Account data: retained until you delete your account
- Search images: temporarily processed, retained up to 90 days for service improvement, then deleted
- Visual embeddings: retained to improve search accuracy (not linked to personal identity)
- Commission and earnings data: retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Usage analytics: retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely
After account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:
