The POPOUT name, logo, visual search technology, and all associated intellectual property are owned by POPOUT. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
Third-party brand names, logos, and product images displayed in search results belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
POPOUT participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click on product links within our App or shared content, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.
Shared "Shop This Look" cards and product links generated through POPOUT contain affiliate tracking. Users who share these links are responsible for appropriate disclosure when required by applicable regulations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to POPOUT in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
